The redhead is a small, neighborhood restaurant in New York's East Village. Focused on seasonal, southern-influenced food & good cocktails; the brittles are our “bar nut.”

Our Story

The redhead is owned & operated by three friends with 15 years experience in NYC restaurants. It is a labor of love that has succeeded because of the support of friends & family, and a lot of hard work. The Bacon Peanut Brittles are made three times per week by our kitchen staff, packaged, and shipped to you weekly.
